This accessibility statement applies to the TeraFirma IT public website www.terafirmait.co.uk
TeraFirma are a division of The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust delivering Tier 3 Managed IT Services to NHS organisations and the Commercial Sector.
We have implemented many accessibility measures across the website to ensure our site is accessible to our visitors, we will continue to make improvements to the accessibility of our website in line with the WCAG 2.1 AA recommendations.
This website is run by The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts, this can be done via web browser/device accessing the website
- zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software

How accessible this website is
We have worked hard to ensure this website is fully accessible and meets the WCAG 2.1 AA recommendations where applicable. We have recently implemented the following accessibility measures:
- You are now able to easily skip repeated website header content
- We have made improvements to our Contact Us form on the website, adding more descriptive labels and clearer instructions along with use of more common field naming convention
We will continue to monitor all new website content going forward against the accessibility recommendations to ensure compliance.
